My name is Uwe Ross and I started my career as a R&D engineer programming software for electronic hardware I developed. I moved through product management into sales and marketing, managing a division of a company and starting up and growing a company in the laboratory products and life science industry.

As an engineer in the world of sales and marketing, with a cultural European and America background, I have a unique ability to translate technical products into customer value across cultures.

I develop strategic business plans and execute my plans with hands on involvement. I am familiar with all laboratory product market segments, their product and service needs.
